Kayla Smith serves as the Chief Elections Official for Brazoria County Conservation and Reclamation District No. 3. County Commissioner elections shall be conducted in accordance with the Texas Election Code.

UPCOMING ELECTION

The 2024 General Election will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2024.  The following position is up for election in the 2024 General Election and will serve a four-year term:

  • Commissioner: Treasurer Position (Position currently held by Alfred Froberg)

Candidate requirements are outlined in the Enabling Legislation adopted by the Conservation and Reclamation District as:

  • Shall be qualified electors residing in the district and shall own property subject to taxation by the district.
